This outlet was setup in Harda Market to showcase and sell the products made by the artisans of the Bamboo Craft Cluster of Harda
Training Artisans
Synergy Gram has provided multiple trainings to artisans on both hard skills of bamboo craft and soft skills of marketing and entrepreneurship
This has helped artisans to make products as per market trends and demand and also sell them
First Orders
Synergy Gram recently received a major bulk order 1000 National Flags made out of bamboo to promote sustainability on the occasion of Republic Day
This was the first green shoot for the company as we were able to mobilise artisans and make them confident about the bright future
Common Facility Centre (CFC)
The company has been able to establish a common faciclity centre at village Uda, Harda District which serves as the central location for all artisans to come together and pool their labout.
The CFC has been established in an area of 10,000 sq ft. It has state of the art machines used for processing, treating and working on raw bamboo and make products which customers prefer

Synergy Gram and Shilp Kendra Producer Company Limited has been established as the implementing agency for the Bamboo Craft Cluster of Harda District, Madhya Pradesh under the SFURTI Scheme implemented by the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, Government of India. . Moreover, the company has a valid Udyam Registration Certificate issued by the same Ministry. This has helped the company in founding its credibility.
Our Team
At Synergy Gram, we believe in creating an entrepreneurial spirit right at the grassroots level. As a result, the company currently has ten members, all of who come from humble backgrounds.
There are five directors presently who manage the daily operations in the company.
The other five members contribute to the decision-making process through their votes in the General Body Meetings. We believe in the power of women, and hence 70% of the company is owned by women
Presently, Synergy Sansthan, a non-profit organisation is nurturing our company till it reaches a stage where the owners of the company can run it independently.
